June's Journey - Incentivised newsletter signup

June's Journey offers players to subscribe to their newsletter with a subscription gift. The newsletter signup is prompted from players occasionally in the game with an "offer popup", it can be also found under the settings in the game.

Once player confirm their email address, they are welcomed to the newsletter with a bespoke landing page, using the June's Journey lore and storytelling. The welcome gift is then sent over to the player over email, and players can then claim the gift (cosmetics) in the game.

Email marketing is one of the cornerstones of June's Journey's direct-to-consumer push, which is evident from the email newsletter onboaring flow, which is well thought and well executed.
